POSITION: RESTAURANT MANAGER

• Plan and create THAI specialty dishes and develop THAI recipes with food personnel to be used in THAI RESTAURANT
• Maintain food and equipment inventories and keep inventory records.
• Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, and garnishing and presentation of food
• Schedule and receive food and beverage deliveries,
• Perform some food preparation or service tasks
• Greet guests, escort them to their seats,
• Test cooked food.
• Schedule staff hours and assign duties.
• Monitor budgets and payroll records, and review financial transactions
• Schedule use of facilities or catering services for events
• Coordinate assignments of cooking personnel
• Monitor compliance with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation and serving; Keep records required by government agencies:
• Investigate and resolve complaints.
• Salary : $72,000/year
• Education:  High school diploma
• Work experience:  1 year Restaurant Manager experience
