POSITION: RESTAURANT MANAGER
- Plan and create THAI specialty dishes and develop THAI recipes with food personnel to be used in THAI RESTAURANT
- Maintain food and equipment inventories and keep inventory records.
- Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, and garnishing and presentation of food
- Schedule and receive food and beverage deliveries,
- Perform some food preparation or service tasks
- Greet guests, escort them to their seats,
- Test cooked food.
- Schedule staff hours and assign duties.
- Monitor budgets and payroll records, and review financial transactions
- Schedule use of facilities or catering services for events
- Coordinate assignments of cooking personnel
- Monitor compliance with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation and serving; Keep records required by government agencies:
- Investigate and resolve complaints.
- Salary : $72,000/year
- Education: High school diploma
- Work experience: 1 year Restaurant Manager experience
